Understand your requirements
- Have a special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) policy (this doesn't need to be a separate, standalone document)
- Make sure this policy is reviewed annually by the governing board or proprietor
- Publish an SEN information report on your website
- Publish the SEND policy on your website
